NEW PATIENT VISIT

we go deeeep into your medical and personal background and start to uncover the root cause of why your health isn’t where you want it to be. i want to know you and help you take charge of your health. we’ll deep dive into your current habits and routines with nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress and get clear on where you’d like to be so i can best support you. if more labs and information is needed, those will be ordered at this visit.

PERSONALIZED PLAN

once i have a good understanding of you and your health history, i will develop an individualized plan for you. no two plans are the same, your plan will be unique to you and your goals. this can include botanicals, supplements, lifestyle recommendations, mind body practices, and more.

FOLLOW UP CARE

depending on your case follow-ups range from 4-12 weeks after your initial visit. in between visits, you will have access to a patient portal where you can ask questions and give updates. at follow up visits we will fine tune your plan, making adjustments as you progress. you are never alone on this journey.
